Waitlist Temporarily Closed to NEW Requests

Due to an ongoing shortage of funding, we are unable process new Requests for Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) Assistance at this time. 

 

We expect this closure to be short-term while we prioritize our active and pending open requests.

For Caregivers Already on Our Waitlist: Your projects remain in our system and will be addressed in the order they were received as resources become available.

Alternative Resources & DIY Support: As always, we highly encourage community members to try TNR on their own if possible.

• Need local clinics? Check out these statewide TNR-Friendly Clinics. (If you can fund the TNVR for your colony but just need to borrow trap supplies, please let us know by emailing us at info@outsiderstnr.org!)

• Have friendly cats or kittens? If a cat can be pet, handled, or easily placed in a carrier, please review our Oklahoma Cat Rescue List for placement contacts.

• Live inside the City of Tulsa City Limits? Please contact T-Town TNR directly for assistance.

Important Reminders:

• We do not relocate cats or take in friendly cats for surrender. If you need to surrender a cat, please use the rescue list linked above.

• Our Barn Cat Program is still active! If you are looking to adopt a working barn cat, you can learn more and fill out our Barn Cat Application.
